Primary Responsibilities
·
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description
and job qualifications.
·
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; using
newsgroups and job sites.
·
Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant
job criteria, using internal databases, networking, Internet recruiting
resources (portal), cold calls, and employee referrals.
·
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants;
analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job
requirements.
·
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and
applicant qualifications with managers/TLs; interviewing applicants on
consistent set of qualifications & submission of required no. of profiles
within the set SLA to the TLs.
·
Arrange for interviews and provide required information in terms
of client, location, schedule etc.
·
Constant follow-up with the selected candidates & ensure
successful on-boarding of the resource; thus meeting the desired target
Secondary Responsibilities
·
Create a database of potential candidates of various skill-sets.
·
Maintain a good rapport with the shortlisted & placed
candidates
·
Enhancing knowledge of different existing & new IT technical
skills.
Skills/ Qualifications
·
Good understanding of recruitment process with basic knowledge
of technical skills
·
Decent communication, convincing & negotiation skill.
·
Team player; positive attitude, willingness & flexibility.
