Responsibilities and Duties

Searching Resumes from US Job boards (Dice, Techfech, CB) and Prime Vendors, Messengers.
Interaction with Vendors and getting resumes from them.
Submission of the eligible resumes to the Clients.
Schedule in person / Telephonic (onsite / phone) interviews with candidate and client.
Establish and maintain a good relationship with the employees and the clients
Negotiating the rate with vendors.
Giving closures to the organization with a good rate and placing the consultant For our requirements
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Technology related field preferred. Business, Marketing, or Human Resources Degree also considered
1- 5 years of recruiting experience.
Demonstrated ability in developing initial contacts by phone
Prospecting skills (fearless on the phone)
Internet researching skills
Creative problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Motivated and driven by a strong desire to succeed
Persuasive and persistent with self-initiative and drive
Strong communication (verbal and written)
Competitive by nature with a self-motivated personality.
Able to work with USA timings.
