Designation: IT Recruiter

Process: night shifts.

Shift: Night Shift

Timings: 8pm -6am

Responsibilities and Duties

Expertise in the tax terms like W2, C2C, 1099 etc.
Strong knowledge of US visas( H1B, Green Card, US Citizen, OPT )
Must have good network & contacts with US IT Staffing
Must be aggressive, team player, dynamic & result oriented
Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis
Must be able to identify suitable requirements from various job boards and social networking sites and share them with a consultant.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Technology related field preferred. Business, Marketing, or Human Resources Degree also considered
• 0- 2 years of recruiting experience. Prefers Recruiters who have sourced for clients within the financial services industry
• Demonstrated ability in developing initial contacts by phone
• Prospecting skills (fearless on the phone)
• Internet researching skills
• Creative problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated and driven by a strong desire to succeed
• Persuasive and persistent with self-initiative and drive
• Strong communication (verbal and written)
• Competitive by nature with a self-motivated personality.
• Able to work with USA timings.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 to ₹20,000.00 /month
