We have an immediate
requirement for multiple positions of Technical Recruiter (MINIMUM
experience 6 months in US Staffing and MAX 6 years)
An experienced US IT Recruiter with :
Ability to demonstrate full recruiting lifecycle (gathering requirements, candidate sourcing, prospecting, candidate screening, interviewing, negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, intervoew & on boarding etc)
Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Job diva), making job postings on the Job Portal. Proficient in sourcing right candidates through extensive portal search and have established relation with 3rd party Vendors
Responsible for understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status
Full life-cycle of recruiting of technical professionals for contract and direct hire roles
Working experience of W2, 1099 and corp to corp (C2C) candidates
Experience working with Direct Clients/Implementation Partner recruiters
Experience working with ATS applications and VMS
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Work night shift as per the US time zone.
